Thrive Mind Collaborative is a coaching and consulting business for leaders and executives. After spending a decade within the corporate world, CEO Kristen Wilkinson decided to start her own business doing what she loves: supporting leaders in reaching their highest potential, increasing their resilience, taking intentional action to achieve their goals and ultimately experience more joy and fulfillment in their lives.

Since joining the SBDC in 2021, she credits consultants for guiding her in optimizing business setup, refining pricing models, navigating legal intricacies, and strategizing sustainable business growth.
