Details on the California Dream Fund Seed Grant Program training, homework, and eligibility requirements are among topics of this week’s free webinar presented by the Small Business Development Center at CSU Bakersfield.

Host and SBDC director, Kelly Bearden begins the webinar with updates on remaining available government pandemic relief programs and small business recovery opportunities. He is joined by Pamela Mostert, Business Services Manager for Access Plus Capital. Mostert provides an update on several of the microlender’s government-backed loans and other programs.

Kelly is joined by Cindy Merzon, Director of the Cal Coastal SBDC to discuss California Dream Fund Seed Grant Program training. Merzon provides details on the 6-class curriculum and homework, eligibility requirements for class registration and ultimate grant application, and how to apply for the program. Nearly $800,000 in microgrants will be coming to Central California businesses through the SBDC from the California Dream Fund Seed Grant Program.
