Morgan Clayton, CEO and president of Tel-Tec Security Systems, and daughter Tasha Clayton, general manager, will share a variety challenges and successes the 40-year multi-generational company experienced throughout the pandemic and more in this week’s free webinar presented by the Small Business Development Center at CSU Bakersfield.  

The duo will join SBDC director and host, Kelly Bearden, to discuss issues, opportunities, and recovery of doing business throughout Central California and beyond during the pandemic. They will also talk about aspects of successfully transitioning a family business through change. 

Bearden will begin the webinar with a look at the economy, capital resources, and updates on remaining available government pandemic relief programs.  

Questions from attendees will be taken. 

This marks the 125th in the weekly “Webinar Wednesday” series that provides reopening and current pandemic relief updates on available federal, state, and local funding options, tax credit programs, employee programs, and other opportunities helpful to employers and business owners.
