Techniques for business owners with COVID burnout, updates on PPP – Nov. 18 webinar

Five techniques to help business owners with pandemic burnout, and the latest on SBA’s Paycheck Protection Program are among the topics of this week’s free webinar hosted by the Small Business Development Center at CSU Bakersfield.

“Managing Your Small Business through the Pandemic” will be online Wednesday, Nov. 18 from 12 noon to 1 p.m.

Host and SBDC director, Kelly Bearden will show the latest on PPP forgiveness forms, and provide updates on a variety of government business assistance programs. He will be joined by guest Lorna Kibbey, national speaker, author, and owner of Lorna Kibbey Leadership Solutions. They will discuss five techniques to help business owners and managers dealing with COVID burnout, plus ideas for changes to improve employee morale and performance.

Questions from attendees will be taken.

This is the 36th in a weekly “Webinar Wednesday” series that provides pandemic relief updates on available federal, state, and local funding options, tax credit programs, employee programs, and other opportunities for employers and business owners.
