About this event

The Monterey Bay Procurement Technical Assistance Center is pleased to present a webinar titled: “CMMC 2.0.”

The Department of Defense (DoD) recently issued a press release announcing significant changes to the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC). The newly released version – CMMC 2.0 – was developed in response to concerns broadly expressed throughout the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) community about the complexity of the certification requirements and the cost associated with implementing them. The newly released version takes positive steps towards making certification more achievable and cost-efficient while still ensuring necessary levels of cybersecurity to safeguard critical DIB systems

All registered attendees will receive a link to join the webinar on Wednesday, January 5th.

This will be hosted in Zoom. (A viewing party is also available via walk-in at the Monterey Peninsula Chamber of Commerce 353 Camino El Estero, Monterey, followed by Resource Connection opportunity with our panelist from 11-1)
